This retreat is not just about learning Italian, it’s about living it.
Each day begins with immersive Italian activities and classes that brings the language to life. As the day unfolds, you’ll step into authentic experiences: wandering through local streets, guided exploration, and sharing laughter with new Italian friends.

The atmosphere is intimate and restorative, designed for a small group, to connect with the language, the land, and the people.

What to expect included in the retreat

• Private en‑suite bedroom in a wonderful countryside agriturismo on the hills

• Welcoming aperitivo on arrival day, retreat and hosts presentation

• Morning Italian group classes with all study material printed and included (2 hours daily)

• Morning gentle stretching and awakening exercise with Italian yoga instructor (lead in Italian and English)

• Local visits and hands-on activities to immersive yourself in the local life and practice Italian basics in authentic settings

• Shared lunches and dinners in unforgettable places, delicious regional food, local wine and Italian friends joining the table

Securing your place means joining an intimate circle of maximum 10 participants.

• Reserve your place: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your place.

• Complete your booking paying the full amount by July 5th, 2026.

• Confirmation: After processing bookings and waiting list, the retreat will be officially confirmed on July 7th, 2026 and you will receive an official confirmation email. *IMPORTANT: Until the confirmation date, July 7th, you will not need to book flights.

• Limited availability: With only 10 places, early reservation is strongly recommended.

Terms & Conditions

Reservation & Payment:

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your place.

• To complete your booking your balance must be paid by July 5th, 2026.

• The retreat will be confirmed on July 7th, 2026. Please do not book flights for the retreat until confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

• If the retreat cannot be confirmed, all payments will be refunded in full.

• Participant cancellations before July 5th, 2026: receive a full refund.

• Participant cancellations after July 5th, 2026: only 50% of the whole retreat price will be refunded.

• Participant cancellations after July 7th, 2026: no refund will be issued.

Travel & Insurance:

• Flights are not included. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to Rimini. Transfers from and to Rimini train station and Rimini Federico Fellini airport will be provided and included in the retreat price.

• Transfers from Rimini airport/train station are included only at scheduled times. Transfers outside scheduled time can be arranged at extra cost.

• Travel insurance is not included and it is strongly recommended.

• Liability for Travel Costs: In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, the retreat price will be fully refunded. However, the organiser and hosts cannot be held responsible for refunding flights, transportation costs, or any other travel‑related expenses incurred by participants.

Liability:

• The organiser and hosts are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of property that might occur during the retreat.

• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate to the retreat and program activities.

Conduct:

• Participants are expected to respect fellow guests, local culture, people and property. The organiser reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

• How do I know my level of Italian is right to attend the retreat?

Get in touch and find out your level of Italian for attending the retreat. Email info@learnitalianvita.com Also, please know that all classes and activities throughout the retreat will be carried out in a friendly and convivial setting. Everything will be organised to make you feel comfortable and encouraged to practice the language in order to feel immersed and improve. Your organiser and hosts will do their best to make sure you enjoy your experience, and English language will be used if and when needed.

• What will the Italian classes be about during the retreat? What topics, teaching style, and structure can I expect?

The daily Italian group classes during the retreat are designed to make your learning experience practical and conversation‐focused. Beginner grammar topics will be presented in a structured and comprehensive way, always supported by active and interactive activities. You’ll practice speaking, expanding your vocabulary, and learning common real‐life expressions that will be especially useful during the retreat activities.Classes are also a space for you to ask questions, revisit areas you find challenging, and clarify structures you don’t feel fully confident with.

• What if I feel a bit lost during the retreat activities and can’t understand what’s being said?

Everything is thoughtfully organised to make you feel comfortable and encouraged to practice Italian while gradually building confidence. Your organiser and hosts will ensure you can follow along and fully enjoy each experience. While the retreat is designed to immerse you in the language, English will be used whenever needed to provide clarity and support, so you’ll never feel left behind. At the same time, remember that the spirit of this retreat is joy and connection. A chance to savour each moment, enjoy yourself fully, and create lasting memories. Surrounded by the wonderful setting of our agriturismo and its gardens, you’ll feel immersed not only in the language but also in the beauty of place, making the experience as enriching as it is unforgettable.

• My partner/friend wants to come along. Is this possible?

If you are a couple both interested in participating to the Italian retreat program and share a double room, please contact us directly, as a reduced rate may be available based on the room cost. However, due to organisational needs and the nature of the retreat, we are not able to accommodate couples with only one person participating to the Italian retreat program. We might be able to make this happen for future retreats.

• Is wine included in the meals?

Almost all meals are included in the retreat price. The included meals include a certain number of wine bottles, usually a house wine recommended by the restaurant. Guests may also purchase extra wine or a wine of their choice, if preferred.

• How much time is spent on transportation?

All of our excursions will be on a private bus. Most of these trips are in 20-40 minutes range.

• Is there a trip leader or guide?

The organiser will be with the group for the whole duration of the retreat (also staying at the agriturismo).
On our daily excursions and activities, there will always be the organiser and at least another person hosting the excursion/activity.

• How do I reserve my place on the retreat?

Step 1: To reserve your place you have to pay 50% of the retreat price as a deposit at the moment of reservation.
Step 2: Within the 5th of July 2026 you will have to pay the due balance to confirm your booking.
Step 3: Bear with us while bookings and waiting list requests are being processed and we’ll notify you if the retreat will be confirmed on July 7th.
If the retreat will not be confirmed, you will receive a full refund.

• I reserved my place on the retreat. When should I buy my flights?

The retreat will be confirmed on July 7th, 2026. Please do not book flights for the retreat until confirmation, meaning after the 7th of July 2026.

• Should I buy trip insurance?

Though not mandatory, trip insurance is highly recommended.

• Do I need specific documents or a visa to enter Italy and participate to the retreat?

It is the sole responsibility of each attendee to ensure they have all required travel documents, including a valid passport and any necessary visas, prior to arrival. The retreat organizers and hosts cannot be held responsible for verifying or securing these documents. Please make sure to have a valid passport or ID for the agriturismo registration.

• How active are the walking tours and activities on this retreat?

Activities and walking involved in this retreat are generally easy and suitable for the majority of travellers, although please notice that some streets are often uneven cobblestones with frequent hills and stairways. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate to the retreat and program activities.

• What about the weather?

We cannot guarantee perfect weather every day and we’ll do our best to work around and be ready with alternatives as much as possible.
